Innovation is combining existing things uniquely

Crude oil is the product of a well-understood process. Heat, pressure, and water act on organic carbon over hundreds of millions of years. Every barrel of oil ever extracted is nature running the same reaction, slowly, across geological time. Regenerex runs the same reaction in minutes.


Supercritical Water 

At the heart of Regenerex is supercritical water. This is water raised beyond its critical point, where it becomes an extraordinarily powerful molecular solvent. In this state, it breaks down mixed plastic polymer chains at the molecular level, converting them into fuel-grade hydrocarbons.

No incineration. No chemical additives. No requirement for pre-sorted plastic. Just water, heat, and pressure the same three ingredients nature has always used.


The Process

1 → Mixed plastic waste is shredded and melted into a pumpable slurry

2 → The slurry is pressurised and injected into the supercritical water reactor

3 → Supercritical water dismantles polymer chains in the reaction zone

4 → Reactor effluent is depressurised and cooled — products separate naturally

5 → Liquid fuel, gas, and char fractions are recovered

6 → Water repressurized using our patented process saving energy

7 → Supercritical returns back to the reactor and reused.


What We Produce

From every tonne of mixed plastic waste, Regenerex produces:

• 🟤 Refinery-ready liquid fuel — the primary product, compatible with existing refinery and distribution infrastructure. No new downstream investment required.

• 🔥 Gas fraction — combusted internally to sustain reactor operating temperatures

• 💧 Aqueous phase — recovered and recycled as process

The gas fractions together sustain the reactor's operating conditions — making Regenerex thermally self-sufficient, with minimal external energy input required.
